Will KP 6 link Lay out with 24's? 03 Sierra

Anyone know if the KP 6 link lay frame with 24's on a 03 GMC sierra extended cab, If the tranny cross member was raised? Also does anyone know if stock control arms will lay out 24's, if not anyone know of a good set of control arms?
