Viair warranty question

Who has actually sent their Viair compressor back to Viair Corp under warranty and Viair sent them a new compressor back?
Just wondering if its even worth my time. I dont wanna waste my money shipping a compressor back just to have them deny it. I do have an invoice stating it was purchased with a 145 pressure switch..
