little help with this problem

I recently got my bag mounts from SD installed on the back of my ride, what was their originally was a basic circle plate that the bag mounted to, well, my truck does not lay out now, and it is BD. I am about to cut the new mounts off and put the plates back on B-4 G-ville, just wanted your opinions, oh, the rear bags are Firestone 9000 fat ass sleeve bags in the rear.
