quick help....this mount right?

so i fixed the crack on my frame, now its time to weld on the mounts, i got the bottom mount tacked in place. now the top mount i have a question, from the pic, it looks like i need to make the top mount shorter right? when its deflated it seems to slouche over...but if i cut it shorts, when it has air it would bend a little right? but would they be ok? sorry first time doing the front mounts.
