decking out a 22RE questions

hey guys,
i have a 1991 toyota pickup with a 22RE engine. im going to rebuild the 22RE to induce more Horsepower. that leads me to my first question can i place a 20R head on my 22RE engine or does that only work for the 22R??
my eventual goal is to have a new engine taht is capable of pushing 15LBS turbo. so when i do get the toy abgged i would have more tahn enough draggin power!
