Still Overheatin

I had my head rebuilt and it costed $339 only cuz it had a few cracks. Anyways my engine still overheats. Whats causin this? If someoen can take a pic of where there timing marks are Id appreciate it. It has new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator cap, new radiator, whats left???
