Need Honda suspension help please

Customer brought me a Honda and wants cylinders, but he also wants the rear wheels to do dogleg, can someone instruct me in this process please, never had to do this before. I've overheard someone saying something about adding two more valves to the exhaust on the cylinders or something Any help is greatly appreciated.
