4.3 internals and valvetrain

just wondering are the rods in a 4.3 the same 5.7" length as a 350. if so then i could just use 350 internals, less the crankshaft(duh). Also is the valvetrain the same like rocker arms and pushrods. one last thing can i use an electric water pump for a 350 on a 4.3? thanks for the help im new to this engine still researching.
