sponsorship question

I am thinking of offering sponsorship. I am going to offer bag cups for front,4-link powder coated, and upper and lowwer bag mounts for rear. I', trying to get some rules set up for it and having mental blocks.What do you think? Have any of you done this kind of thing? I just dont want to give the stuff to some one who just bagging and going on. Im doing this to help advertise Should i require so many shows and photo proof?
