More fuel cell questions.

Ok, Im having a cell built for my 94, I dont have to worry about fuel pump in the tank because I am doing a v8 swap. That being said, there are 3 fuel lines that are on the stock tank, all 3 are different sizes. Which one of the 3 do I need to run down to the bottom of the tank? And also, on my stock tank, there are two things that look like pressure vents, do I need to put those on the new fuel cell also? (not really sure what they are, they seem to be pressure vents.)

Any help would be appreciated.
