Trouble with front air bags

My front air bags are loose at the bottom.I cannot get straight answers from the people that did the drop for me.If I put the truck up on a lift,I have to put the bags back in the cradle by hand.If I drop it all the way down it will come out of socket.The tops rub on the top perch.I have a 1999 lightning.I live in Louisiana and quality work is hard to come by...
