alignment question

I just put a 4-6 drop on my 98 ram using springs in the front and shackles in the rear. I can't get my front end ligned up now. Is this common or did I do something wrong. I'm chewing up tires so some help would be apreciated. Also I just got the hangers for the rear. Any advise on putting the hangers on would also help.
