Anybody from Seattle?

My dad gave me a really good offer to move out there that is hard to refuse. Free rent for a year to help him build an old hot rod. I've visited a few times in the past few years. I do like it out there. But i'm not sure if it's worth me swapping coasts. What are the laws as far as adjustable and all? I don't ever get hassled here in florida. Do they do much out there? How about shows? Monthly cruise in's? I would actually be moving to Everett, if I do decide to go. Any input would be much appreciated.

My oldest son lives up there ,6 years now!
Expect little good weather & a lot of rain!
He got rid of his lowered Honda & went to a 4x4!
It is beautiful up there,& great out doors areas ,if it's very green because of all the wet weather!!!
