you have to have door handles because if you wreck they have to have a mechanical way to open the door the bumper part the top of them have to be so many inches off the pavement i told him where i lived and he saw the road sign and on my liscense told me he wasnt going to impound it since i was 30 secs away from the house that was the only cool thing he did so im just glad i didnt smart off to him or else it would be in the impound

he said he could have got me for alot more than he did tho
the only nice thing about va is we dont have smog i know other guys in dif states have shit trying to get their trucks to pass smog

and i dont have the motor for my windsheild wipers or anything my whole cowl is shaved the cop told me if i had places for them or the motor he wouldn of wrote me for that

sorry to sound like a dick... but it sounds like you deserved it.. you drove basically half a truck on a public road. you should have known better. stupid things like this are what give cops bad views of the rest of us.

well technically i crossed a public road theroad i live on is basically my drive way they just gave it a street name i just had to cross road to get to the gas station but yea i should of known better but there is never any cops in this part of town but just that day they was there ooo well i hope i dont have to sale it but if i do have to it would be the cost of court and the tickets

Well, just remember, they got you once, now they'll be looking for you next time. Might want to get a 5 gallon gas can and hoof it next time.

yea i know they will be looking for it but if i dont have to sale it they will never see that truck again or atleast that paint job it will be totally diff but iv learned my lesson

Ya...you really shouldn't have driven it. Your really lucky he didn't tow it. If this happened in Oregon, I know a few fellas that would have called it in to get towed, and not with a flat bed either. This whole situation could have been way worse. Maybe if you go to court the judge will take some off. I would wear a shirt and tie if it were me.

so i guess i do have a little luck after all the tickets got dismissed but i went thru hell to get them i took tags and registration and insurance off the yota i did 60 plus hours of community service and got a lawyer and now i have to go to driving school pay court costs and they drop the charges lol sooo i still have to pay close to 200 for court costs and driving school but its alot better than 2200 dollars and maybe my license
