How much am I gonna spend...

How much would I be looking at for a 7" or 10" DVD Screen to put in my mazda? I wanna put one where that tray thing is under the vents controls. I'm just not sure what name brand to go with, I can get the dvd player for 200 bucks but the screens Im not sure about, any help would be great thanks.
