need some help

my buddy is wanting to bag his 02 escalade...and i was lookin under it and i noticed its got basically a 2 link with a panhard already on it...can this be used?? also how bout the gastank?? will it be in the way?? also on the front, where should the bags be mounted?? i was thinking above the top control arm....how bout anything else, notching it, etc. etc. pictures would help alot too, thanks alot...
