and I have no clue how to do it.

What its doing is it won't work until the wheel is turned to a different spot, to like 3 o clock or so. I don't know what it is that makes it do this but was hoping maybe someone had this problem other than me...

Remove the steering wheel. There is a contact ring (washer like with a brass strip on it) and a spring loaded prong that rides on the ring. This is how current gets to the hor button. The column is the ground. Take it apart and make sure everything is right. You can figure it out once you get into it.

yeah i had that same problem with my horn as well. ^^^ described it pretty good. once you get it taken apart its pretty easy. i removed my horn and everything when i put in my train horn. people actually hear me when i honk now.

My 87 MR2 horn is so weak and quiet, I usually resort to yelling out of the window! Old Chrysler horns are loud and annoying. Perfect horns!
