Can you please tell me how you smoothed out the air vents. I have been wanting to do this on mine and I bought a spare cluster cover and a sheet of abs plastic but trying to figure out where to go from there. Thanks

you cut out the vents and take the smooth plastic you bought and cut out a filler then plastic weld it ( or fasten it in another method) and smooth over with urethane filler then a smaller layer of finish putty to smooth it out
