fibreglassed dash board

hi can any one give me a link or some pointers on how to fiberglass a dashboard. i searched the net but only found honda kids arguing on what and what not looks good.

the dash is a 89-96 yota dash and its in my 82.

do i rip the softer matting off or just wip it will some sanpaper on my grinder?

also ill be doing it to another spare poo brown dash i have so nothing nice will get experimented on
