i took out my headliner and had a local interior sew me up a suede headliner for $100 and put it in myself. I got it kinda hooked up but at the most it should cost $200 for a sewn suede headliner. Installation wasnt too hard, a plastic pry tool, a spray glue gun and razors and a philips screwdriver is all you need

What type do you have ,bow or panel?? I was quoted $300 -$400 to redo my bow type, the seats where done two tone, so want the headliner to match. If I stay with a bow type the seams run side to side, I want the headliner two tone with seams running front to rear, will look better with the seats.

I have a bow style headliner. I only have 1 color though. Making a 2 tone bow headliner with that kind of stitching would be a pain in the ass and not really worth it in my opinion.
