Need Seat belt help

I have Civic seats in my 85 and the male end of the seat belt wont go in the latch cause it is to wide I have 96 Civic seats in my truck, I need the people with the later model trucks to measure across their latch opening and the seat belt male end, and post what kind of truck you have, I need my seat belts cause my son rides with me and need him in a belt

just go get the other end of the yota seatbelt and install it where the honda belt is, thats what i did...20 minute job
