Lowering Componets for a 01 Blazer

Hey guys I have a 2001 Blazer Xtreme and I finally have enough money to start messing with my suspension. To start off I would like to drop 2" in the front with spindles and in the rear with a 3" blocks. My question is where is the best place to buy the drop spindles? Also I have 18" Boyds on a 245/45 series tire. Do you guys think I will have any problems with that series tire in the front. Any help you can give me is appreciated! Thanks...
