will a 20/22 combo work on my s-dime

i have a 96 chevy s10 4.3L reg cab -----im fixing to bag it so it will be layin frame but i was wondering if a 20/22 rims/tire combo will work on it---will it lay frame still if not what all do i need to do to make it work .......thanks for ur replys
