help.. can i tuck my 20s??

i was wondering if anyone knows what i can do to tuck my 20s up front... i want to bag it but i dont know what i can do to get them to tuck. the rims stick out a lil bit (i should of bought rims with the right off set) if any one knows a way i can get them to chamber enough when i lay it out, but have them aligned at ride hight that would be great. if you know theres know way you can tell me that too... thankx
