well,I cut my suicide door hinges out and the whole cab corner,and got a stock 1 welded in.I didn't like the backwards doors as much as I thought I did,plus I'm liking the new door handle trend,so I'll prob.replace the driver's door instead of shaving the new one.also I some what temporarily bolted the truck together for motivation it's been on jack stands for ever.....

looks good why did you get rid of the suicide doors? also i wondering i bought a phantom grill off ebay a while ago and i don't know how it mounts could you take pics of how it mounts i would really appreciate it thanks.

I think I had the wrong hinges or something,I cut them out and moved them around 3 times,it ether would hit the cab,or the door wouldn't sit flush with the cab,I'll just be glad when there stock again,lol.besides gary's stock suicide hinges made mine look like poo....


my grille is from way back in the day made by trenz,Idk if they even make grilles anymore or not,or if there any different from other grilles.it's got 4 tabs that bolt to your core support,I'm thinking I had to shorten the springs on the headlight buckets to recess them a little,there's 2 tabs on the ends of the grille also for the corner lights to sit in.it's real easy

ok mine has four tabs but there all straight do i bend them or i might be missing pieces maybe i dont know

hmm,didn't have to do anything to mine,I would hold it next to the core support and bend your tabs up as necessary until it's aligned with the edge of your hood and fenders and drill a hole in them and the core support,and recess your headlights,mine was a 1/2in. if I remember correctly.seems like your tabs should have been bent already...
