varies greatly by state here. you have to have non-op vehicles hidden by a fence in VA.

Here, a vehicle can not be on the street for more than 3 days without moving. After that it can legally be towed.

Mounts are on.
Stock hood closes. Intake rubs at the very back so it needs a little work. And the oil pan needs to be sectioned now.
