Vibrating At 45mph and at 65mph !!PLEASE HELP!!

hey what up guys this just started when i put a different bottom link bars on and new firestone bags...when im going like 45mph or 65mph it vibrates i can look back and the rear end is jumping up and down..it seems to do it worse when i ride with the rear low. what can this be?
