Twisting Driveshafts

Ok I just walked 12 miles and I am Pissed Hot and Tired. Driveshaft #5 just twisted in my Dakota and I can't figure it out. I was rubbing through the Factory ones, That was no Biggie Grind and Cut, But this one was Built at a Shop just for my Truck, Pinion angle is good all the way through Travel of the suspension, Didn't rub in any height...... WHAT THE FU
