Baggin a 69 C-10 longbed

I just purchased a 69' c10 longbed that ill be putting under construction asap. I want to lay rockers on it and have seen that many people choose to go through different routes to achieve this. I really need some suggestions and links of possible setups. What size notch do i need to lay with 22's in the back?, should i go with a universal triangulated 4 link?, What does the front need (spindles, control arms). I pretty much need an overview of how someone has set their truck up. Any info or links is greatly appreciated
