How bad do I need Realignment after 3" drop

I just installed some 3" blocks on my '94 standard cab, and cranked down the torsion-bars until it matched and now I want to know how bad I need to realign the front suspension before driving it long distances. Oh yeah, do I need to do anything to that brake proportioning-valve that's hooked to the rear axle? The instuctions said it needs to be adjusted at the factory, but come on...
