Hidden Price of V8 Swap

So alls I need is an engine, tranny and the kit from ultimatecustoms.ca (plus the rad and short water pump) and I'm good to go for a 302 swap? I want a carbureted 302 into my 86 B2000. Another question, how does the tranny fit in?
