tilt front end

Now that I got my five lug conversion done it is now time to do the front end. I know it has been done just do know all the stuff needed to do it can anybody help me. Do you use a hinge set up or a large pin style. How about the lights do they tilt with the front or stay in place and the rest tilts ? Lots more questions but this is enough for now If you have more info on this feel free to let you fingers to the talking!! Thanks Eric
