just another lug Question....

okay I know this has been asked a billion times but, I am doing a lug conversion and I've already contacted quite a few shops (NLC,mothergoose,"layinrockers",etc..) I was wondering what I would need to do a yota swap... obviously the rearend and the spindles but what else? and for all of you who have done this how much did you spend? (yota or redrilled) thanks guys.....
