89-94 4cyl engine & transmission needed...

Hey, anybody know where I can get a engine for my 91 toyota extra-cab? I would like to get a 4cly that doesnt have an ass of miles on it if there is such a thing! I also need atransmission; my truck is an automatic, but would like to change it to a 5-speed, but either will do. Thanks, Donny.
