Passlock2 system, please help!!!!!

has anyone else had their 98-up S10 or Sonoma not start b/c of this piece of shit Passlock II system acting up???? my truck will not start for like the past 24 hrs. b/c of this thing, someone know how to fix it or how to bypass it?????
