Girl in need. Installing air ride on del sol

I am currently installing air cylinders on my 94 del sol. Now I have runi nto a prob. The rear is all good. The front will not go low, I cant even get the a-arms to come up in front. When on the ground, the car sits just above the tire. What is the hell is wrong?? Please help.. need to know asap, thanks
