looking for info on a blueish/purpleish 73-87 chev.dually with one off skull grille?

alright, im looking for ideas for my dually on a grille, had a friend(lowslung1500) draw a sweet skull grille he got the idea from an older chevy dually, a purpleish 73-87 that supposedly has a one-off skull grille....just curious if anyone has pics or details...id like to see it myself...i guess it was feauted in a mag a while back...any help-thanks
