Need help from someone smarter then me

if anyone can please help me out im trying to make this image of the iron cross and flames and shit into a video format like a mpeg or something so i can play it on my panasonic dvd player in my truck it has a capture feature that allows you to save an image off a video as a wallpaper so i need this still image as a video if anyone out there can do this for me and email it to webmaster@vertically-challenged.com i would greatly appreciate it
