Remove or not?

I have a 96 gmc fullsize that i am baggin the front of and i was wondering if i had to remove the inner fender wells to clear my tires? I'm running 245/60R15's. Not sure how tall the tire is. I removed the pass. side because it was easy to do and nothing really bolted to it, but on the drivers side there is tons of crap. Any help is greatly appreciated.
