air compressor

has anyone used there stock a/c compressor for there air compressor? if you have what do you have to do to make it work, what kind of oil is best recommended for it?

not sure what kind of compressor is in yota's... i have a 90 b2200 that has a sanden factory compressor, i am going to convert to run grease instead of oil (alot of mazda guys have done both), this way you dont have to worry about if its getting enough oil or having to clean out your oil/water seperator all the time, im sure the enternals of all comps are somewhat the same. i found alot of information on sanden comps by searching google, maybe you will get lucky enough to find more info on your compressor, here is a link to a wirte up on a sanden compressor if your interested,

the comp says that it is a denso comp

anyone else have some info they can help me out with the compressor
