Air vs. Hydros on a crew cab dually?

Been looking around and the seem similiar in price. But whats better? Ride quality, Maintenance? Truck is already lowered with 4 link. Just need recommendation to take it the rest of the way down. What about total travel of each? What to lay frame, but not drag or hit while driving, and need to still use me bed. Any info is appreciated.
