My traps are max pressure of 150psi, anyone exceed this pressure with watertraps?

what i'm pretty much asking is, is it ok for me to run 200psi with a 150psi water trap without it blowing up or something lol

Almost everything with a rating is underrated, but that doesn't mean I'd "trust" it. Get some better water traps or a lower switch.

sweet i got a new cutoff coming anywase. ALSO, I have 1, 12"sub, 1000w amp, sony headunit, two viair 480's (at max amp draw of 40 amps for both compressors) and a new 160amp alternator. I have one RedTop Optima running all this and when i turn my truck it on it runs great for a bit then dies and i try to start it back up and it does turn on like the batteries completely dead Is that too much power going to one battery or should it be able to take it? are the batteries shot out? I have arked the batteries a few times and have had to recharge them alot but idk even after i charge them it does that. Also i am low on fuel(trucks not registered so cant go to gas station) if i am electrically fuel injected would the battery die like that if im low on fuel?

the help is very much appreciated

Are your fuses good, replace them with spares if you have them to troubleshoot or do a continuity test witha test light. Didja try removing the negative cable when its running to see if its charging?, if it dies, most likely its not charging! ( TEST the alternator). Is your stock wiring intact & didja just add on the upgraded wire for the charge post?! If that is all good, try disconecting your compressors [ remote & or main wire - whichever way you wired it - looking for total power seperation - ] and running the truck ( your testing for power drain here ), if it still happens, leave the compressors unplugged and disconnect the stereo and amp hot wires [ remote ( you can do this with your inline fuse if you used one ) & main supply cable] ( once again, testing for power loss ). Try these few troubleshooting tests and youll find it, OH, and get some fuel man, suckN fumes is bad for the filter and the truck, also if its low in fuel it can vaporlock on ya or suck all sorts of nasties in everywhere ( like water ). Im thinking powerloss or drain somwhere, its going to be a simple thing, always is . . . Hit me up if you need more help . . .

Alright i went outside ride now started my truck and let it run, it was running not sputtering too much, then I turned the compressors on and the truck sputtered out and died. Also when I did the "big three" you showed me I decided to move the battery to the bed this is how its setup:

I have a 0 gauge wire going from the positive termincal of the battery to the alternator with a 200 amp fuse inline with that

I also have a 4 gauge wire coming off the positive side of the battery going to a distribution block mounted under the cab which then goes to the fusebox (also my system and power to my headunit is coming off the distribution block).

the ground i have is running from the negative part of the battery to the front of the cab attached to the engine block, i also have a second ground that is grounded directly under the bed to the frame.

and I have a 4 gauge wire going from the alternator to the fusebox.

Here is what i have done. Moved battery to the back.. used 0/1 gauge to run the power to the rear. Grounded battery to frame right below where it is mounted. Upgraded ground from block to frame leaving existing block ground in place. On a 22RE the ground is on the passenger side near the A/C compressor. then did a ground strap from the (-) terminal on the battery to the cab.. ( i was getting a humm out of of subs) Do you have a volt meter? If so you need to place the voltmeter on the battery and test to see what the alt is putting out to the battery when your truck is at idle. Most alts dont put out much power while at idle. You obviously have too much power draw some where. the question is where. And go get some gas!
