why s10 drivers side lean??

Ive got a 98 s10 with a 4/6 drop (spindles, coils, blocks, leaf pulled) and my truck had like a 1 1/2 lean to the drivers side. I put in a 1" spacer in the drivers coil and it still leans like 1". What causes all of these trucks to lean? When i get bags will the lean go away or will i just have to run higher psi on the left side? Just wondering why because its pissing me off. Thanks
