Any under carrieage shots???

anyone have pictures of what they have done underneath their trucks as far as what youve done with crossmembers exhaust routing and such? need to make new crossmembers for my 86 standard cab.

my main concerns are the tranny cross member and how you route your exhaust through it, under it, etc...

the rear crossmember between the cab and bed and how much you chopped, cleared etc in order for the driveshaft to clear. did you guys have to notch the cab in order for the driveshaft to clear???

In order to run a sidepipe the exhaust would have to go under the frame. unless you wanted to cut a big ass hole in the frame for the exhause to run through which would be rather stupid.

on mine i have two tubes for a gearbox crossmember with a largeer diameter pipe on one side for the exhaust to go thru.

on my 4runner i just shaved the bottom of the standard xmember so the frame lays flat, i think ill get away with an an axhaust going thru there with a standard toyota 4cyl

sweet thanks. im having to decide how i gotta route it since this also has to similarly work for a supra swap.... thing is the exhaust will run on the opposite side once it is done. however the swap isnt going to be immediate as i will drive it around once i have it bagged untill i complete my parts list for the motor swap........ essentially i should do a symmetrical designed cross member so i can run the exhaust on the other side as well....... no big deal. i guess thats why there are torches, grinders and welders to fix problems like that.

@ least no "exaust" shots from Phat or Vegas. full moons on the scene would be scary
