Not to mention a relatively cheap way of putting a parking brake in.

you have it hooked up wrong the truck you have came from the factory with diagonal braking , meaning the line lock is locking your front and rear brakes... if you re-route the line from the maters to the spliter put the line lock in there ......then re route the lines from the spliitter to both front calipers. then hook a line from the other port in your brake master cylinder to you rear axle, also I would hook a preportioning valve in the line to the rear so when you jam on your brakes the rear wont lock up on you... good luck and let me know on your progress..
