help with fittings

ok heres the deal.. i need a list of fittings, i have no idea what i need. but i will tell you what i already have.

12 gal air tank..viar 450 compressor1/2" air line4 gc 250 psi 1/2" valves2 rs-62 slam bags2 rs-72 slam bags

i have no fittings and i dont know what i need... if some body could give me a list of stuff or a place where i can buy a fittings kit that would be cool. i need them as soon as possible. thanks in advance
