you'll have to modify the stock arms to use the 84-88 style ball joints. then just bolt the 84-88 drop spindles on. i believe you'll also have to switch over the brake calipers, rotors, hubs, lines, and fittings like seth said earlier.

Seth, where did you get your chrome front bumper? Was it on the truck when you got it?

Its a stock replacement for 79 and 80 trucks.

I dented the front bumper on my '91 when I left the parking brake off and it landed on a mailbox. I think it was like 400 or 500 to replace, so I hammered out the old one as best I could.

You can't get it from Toyota. They don't make any parts for these trucks. The only parts you can get from Toyota are the ones that are interchangeable with newer trucks. I've gone in several times asking for parts and they tell me tough luck because they stopped making parts for these trucks about 10 years back. So scour the junkyards for a nice one that isn't dented, and polish it up or have it rechromed. I need to polish mine and sand it down and have it redone.

If it's an SR5 is there power windows? What year did that start?

Definitely not on these trucks. SR5 just comes with a slider, bucket seats, a 5 speed, anbd wing windows and woodgrain dash that looks wicked gay.
There is a power window kit that can be adapted to fit these trucks though. I'm workign on writing up a how to and making brackets that will bolt into the factory location, or at least a template for where to drill yoru new holes and soem spacers ot line it up right with an adapter to make it fit the glass. But the kti will onyl be for solid side glass, no wing window kits.
