Baggin a Mazda same as Nissian?

Is the suspenion on a 89 Mazda B2200 the same as a Nissian Hard Body! As far as the front is consirned! Ive bagged a Nissian but never have worked on a B2200! Also I have to flip the lower balljoint right? What else do I need to do?
