Don't run a Geo booster or Master. Less stopping power. Get a 1979-1983 2wd Toyota booster. Its 8" diameter and will bolt up to your stock master and theres no need for bleeding. They can be had rebuilt at the parts store for about $75. About $20 at the junkyards. Its a bolt on deal, you can't go wrong.

My master and resevoir both look like shit. Over-spray on both, and aged plastic on the res., I will be buying the booster and master new, and was wondering if I should run the 79-83 master with the 79-83 booster, or just buy a 94 master? Or does it matter?

Id say get the 96 landcrusier master cylinder with non abs so you can do disc brakes later... then use the smaller brake booster of the early model toyota with a proptioning valve off of a 84 that mounts under the master cylinder.

I have a new 79-83 master I'm not using.

But otherwise I'd just upgrade to the 96 Non ABS Landcruiser master, or get a master from an FJ80. They both bolt up, and both have the 1" bore. About the same cost wise, and they come new, not refurbished.
