Suburban on 17's ( Till my 22's come)

I have a set of 17's on my 92 c 1500 Suburban at the moment. I havent driven it since I keep it at my storage garage. The tires are 245/45/17. Could I drive my truck on them? Or will they collapse or something?22's on the way!!
